| Menapians had 3 athletes competing in the Dungarvan 10mile road race on Sunday last and there were very good times posted for all 3 competitors. |
| Marathon man Padraig Murphy was the first Menapian home posting an excellent 1.13.08 time followed closely by team mate Dermot Foley in 1.13.30. Stephen Conway completed the trio of results with an equally impressive 1.22.04. Well done to all three athletes who are starting to reap the benefits of their hard training. |
