Training Schedule
Winter training schedule
Mondays (8pm) strength & conditioning circuits (teens and adults) + juvenile athletics skills and drills, Presentation School.
Tuesdays (6.30pm): intervals session (teens and adults), Wexford County Council Building.
Wednesday (6pm): *FUNdamental training (primary school age 7+), Presentation School, €4. Also meeting at The Pres. at 6pm: Couch to 5k.
Thursdays (6.30pm): easy run, meeting at St. Peter’s Square (Bandstand).
Thursdays (7pm): youths training + senior throws training, Rosslare (track at the community centre).
Saturday (9.30am): running session for teens and adults, Wilf’s Field. 10.30: middle distance interval training for Juniors / Seniors.
