Training Schedule

Weekly Training schedule

  • Tuesdays (6.30pm): interval session (teens and adults), Wilf’s Field.

  • Wednesday (6pm): *FUNdamental training (primary school age 7+), Presentation School, €4. Couch to 5k group also meets at The Pres at 6pm.

  • Thursdays (6.30pm): steady run / fartlek, Wilf’s Field.

  • Thursdays (7pm): Youth training and Senior throws, Rosslare track.

  • Saturday (9.30am): running session for teens and adults, Wilf’s Field. 10.30: middle distance training specifically for Juniors. (Wexford Racecourse Parkrun also takes place Saturday morning but is not organised by the club.)

  • Sunday: Long easy run recommended for all middle distance runners if not racing.

    (All Wexford town unless stated otherwise.)
