Run Kilkee Half Marathon
In the scenic seaside village of Kilkee Co. Clare Enda O'Sullivan was in action taking on the Half Marathon Race. An out and back course taking in the breathtaking views of sea cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean Enda clocked 2:09:42. Well done Enda
Pink Rock 10k
St Joseph's AC hosted the Pink Rock 10k which also doubles as the Kilkenny County Race. Six Menapians members took to the start line putting in great performances over the route. Great seeing the club colours on display and shout out to our supporters Niall out on the course

London T100 Triathlon
Club member Marion Galvin competed in the gruelling London T100 Triathlon (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run) in hot conditions. Congratulations Marion on a brilliant performance finishing in 7hrs 18mins 42seconds.
Slaney Olympic Summer League
Well done to Kirsty Hynds who ran in the Ballindaggin 6k as part of the Slaney Olympic Summer League.

Kilkenny Triathlon
John Dier was busy at Kilkenny Triathlon last weekend adding a swim and cycle to his normal run.
He finished the event in a fine time of 1:36:10 finishing 1st in his age category.
