Pink Rock 10k

A very scenic and kind route for a 10k hosted at Pink Rock by St Joseph's AC on Sunday morning. 3 club members travelled to the West of the County to take part.

Helen Burrell, Bridie McGuire & Gareth Lloyd all ran well on the course.

Well done to all 3 of you.

parkrun

A fantastic occasion in Wexford as everyone got to witness the course record being broken. Poetry in motion watching him speed his way around the 3 loops in a time of 14 min 52 seconds. He had a knock on effect as Ryan hit a new PB time running after him.

Watching the record breaker while running the Wexford Racecourse Park run were Ryan Midwinter, Brian Smyth, Dave Midwinter, John Hyland, Fiachra Mehigan, Alex Parris, Rob Casey, Ollie Stack, Mary Cronin, Janette Mulvany, Michael Murphy, Sharron Dier, GrĂ¡inne Hayes, Peter Mulvany & Bridie Mcguire

Tadhg Henderson and Louide Henderson completed the Shanganagh parkrun.

Conor MacAogain completed the Sligo Parkrun.

Eamonn Foley completed the Castlehaven parkrun.

Well done everyone.
