Steeplechase Workshop

A fantastic workshop took place in Enniscorthy focusing on the steeplechase event organised by Kilmore Athletics Club .

Everyone learned a lot from the amazing Michelle Finn who passed on some excellent tips on the event and club members Helen Wallace, Alex Lonergan & Fiachra Mehigan all learned a lot.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen

Mr Oil County Masters Road Race

The beautiful village of Kilmore was full of colour as the counties Masters athletes arrived in their club colours ready to do battle. 4k for women & men O65 and 6k for men was todays distance. The well known loop is popular among athletes and they turned up in big numbers to the event hosted by Kilmore AC and Wexford County Board.

A huge well done to Noirín Doyle who on the back of winning the Wexford 10k last week fought her way to 2nd in the women's race. Another super result for Noirín.

Well done to our age category winners Paula & Brian.

The warm morning added to the event as many supporters made themselves heard as they cheered for their club members.

Thanks to Kilmore AC, Wexford Marathon Club & Wexford County Board for hosting and organising the race.
