Mr Oil County Intermediate Cross Country

It was Croghan A.C. who were the hosts as the second county event was held by Wexford Athletics.

Our women were definitely up for the challenge and were in confident mood after their success at the Novice a week earlier.

A very determined run from Kirsty Hynds fresh from her silver at Novice saw her take another individual county medal claiming a well deserved bronze.

She was backed up on the 4k route by Ilze Bedrite, Catherine O'Connor & Helen Sinnott and when the numbers were added up they were Team Silver winners.

Excellent results from these determined women, huge congratulations to the four of you.

Another proud day for Menapians AC.
